About Sequential Consulting Group

Our core strength is contract and vendor negotiation. We work directly with suppliers and service providers to renegotiate pricing, improve terms, and eliminate unnecessary expenses, often delivering millions of dollars in sustainable savings.

Beyond cost reduction, we provide hands-on leadership to stabilize operations, improve workflows, and build high-performing teams. We address the real challenges laboratories face, including financial pressure, staffing transitions, compliance demands, and operational inefficiencies with practical, result driven solutions.
