He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, a Master’s degree in Clinical Biochemistry, and an MBA in Healthcare Management—bringing a rare combination of clinical expertise, scientific knowledge, and business leadership. As a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Dia applies a data-driven, performance-focused approach to solving complex healthcare challenges.
With a proven track record in laboratory management and healthcare operations, Dia has successfully led initiatives that stabilize underperforming departments, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and financial outcomes.
